Vinni is an MBA in health administration and Postgraduate in Nutrition and Dietetics. Vinni has extensive experience in healthcare administration. Her guiding principles are excellence, dedication to employees, families, and communities we serve. She strives to have a culture that is welcoming and considerate, respectful, and non-judgmental. She is the director of patient and physician relations at BiBiHealth and oversees the clinic operations.

Her vision is to expand behavioral health services to entire Southwest Missouri including running the wellness programs for all business corporations whether small or large who are often lacking in behavioral health care.
